Specialized Computer Resources is a business IT company but we also extend our services to the residential side as well. We have a secondary location in Allendale, New Jersey in Northwestern Bergen county. The retail location provides on site services both on location as well as at your home. We understand that problems exist both in the work place as well at home and that often people like to have a company that provides a ‘one stop shop’ for all of their technology needs.
Often the businesses we deal with also use us for their home networks and home PC issues. Extending this service to both our existing business clients and well as our large residential base has provided us an opportunity to confidently say that we “do it all”. We treat each and every customer with importance. We appreciate any and all business no matter how large or how small. Helping a residential client get a printer up and running as well as a corporate networking job are both examined in the same regards. We have a staff at our retail location dedicated to serving the residential side of our company.
At our retail location, we have technicians working in 8 hour shifts to handle the most common PC issues including but not limited to:
- Viruses and Spyware
- Re-installations of Microsoft Windows
- Mac OS X support (iMac, Macbook, etc)
- Hardware failures
- Overheatings
- Laptop screen replacement
- Printing issues
- Software installations
The retail hours are: 8:30AM to 6:00PM from Monday through Friday and on Saturdays from 10:00AM to 2:00PM. No appointments are required to stop by.
When it comes to on site home visits we also offer competitive rates and will send a fully qualified technician to your home to assess situations and provide on-site repairs and services. This service we provide is greatly appreciated and we are known throughout our North Jersey residential customer base to be top notch when it comes to knowledge, price and services rendered.
